Operation Aurora was the codename for the one successful attack on Apex Station in its entire existence. In s.y.v.p. 5296, with the Parallax Urgency already underway, Captain Joseph Logomere funded a little-known group known as the Hands Alive movement, giving them the monetary strength to attack the station. Only three major points are known about his involvement with Operation Aurora, and, other than the hostage hand heist, little else is known about the attack.

First, Logomere led the attack personally. It is therefore believed that Yrisme was involved as well.

Second, Heterochron technology was used in the attack, and Logomere single-handedly saved that section of the galaxy from permanent time-blindness.

Finally, Apex Station was formally renamed Logomere Station following the attack. Signs, travelers, and maps still refer to it as Apex Station, but “A People’s History Of Joseph Logomere, Legend,” required reading in any good Logomerology class, refers to a vote following the operation in which the surviving station council gave it its new name.
