Jungle Pie

Crust:

  • 350g all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 30g granulated black sugar
  • 225g solid fat
  • 100ml water

Filling:

  • 10ml Juvi Juice
  • 25g pomegranate seeds
  • 25g pine nuts
  • 1 starfruit, diced
  • 50g cashews
  • 300g kiwi, sliced
  • 100g grapes, peeled and mashed
  • 10g cinnamon
  • 5g nutmeg
  • 100g black sugar
  • 200g rhubarb
  • 300g banana, sliced
  • 15g corn flour

It is said that this was once made with Jun-fruit. This dessert is still made in the Viridian system, and for some reason is popular at Empire Day parties.
