Jungle Pie
Crust:
- 350g all-purpose flour, sifted
- 30g granulated black sugar
- 225g solid fat
- 100ml water
Filling:
- 10ml Juvi Juice
- 25g pomegranate seeds
- 25g pine nuts
- 1 starfruit, diced
- 50g cashews
- 300g kiwi, sliced
- 100g grapes, peeled and mashed
- 10g cinnamon
- 5g nutmeg
- 100g black sugar
- 200g rhubarb
- 300g banana, sliced
- 15g corn flour
It is said that this was once made with Jun-fruit. This dessert is still made in the Viridian system, and for some reason is popular at Empire Day parties.
