The Forsithe Preceptors were a famous kriegball team, based in their home orbital station around Viridia Segunda. They chose the location after the Deorsai Protectorate collapsed, feeling that the lack of a significant power on the planet would allow for better control of the local sabotage and political takeover game phase.

In order to achieve their goals in this respect, they began choosing the leader of the Adnaimareui by decree, though none of the team actually bothered to do enough research to make this anything beyond random choice. Not wanting themselves to be known to be doing so, which would cost them points, they used sheepherding god Barometz as the “source” of this choice.

The Preceptors were widely considered favorites to win the illustrious first prize in their league when, in a stunning reversal, their attempt at a temporary freeze move on a different station in s.y.v.p. 5260 rebounded at 1.4 million times strength, and froze their own station for the remainder of the tournament. They were incredibly disappointed in their 3rd place finish, once it ran out in s.y.v.p. 7204. An official statement was released, stating that “We will certainly do better. Maybe we won’t all get on as many different drugs before planning long-range disruptions next time.”
